It depends on the person of course (With like Everything in life). But for me if you have to wear and make a Customized size bra cup. To even make them fit in whatever it is that your wearing. Then it's too big but that's just me (Everyone is different)

If it looks like she has three with a tight shirt on or they sag to her belly button naked. The bigger the boob the more the sag lol. Big globs of fat ain't too sexy

It's proportional to their body really. Have to see them to judge. It's rare for natural breasts to get too big, but some of those fake ones are just turn offs. I like smaller breasts anyways though.
