What did I just experience?

Alright so I went to Taco Bell and I'm tired my brain is fried and the guy was having issues understanding me. We get it all straightened out and I make my way to the window. This lady I swear she did not blink the entire time I was there had said to me sorry my fiance you spoke to couldn't hear you. She has these wide open slightly crazy eyes and asked me if I wanted sauce and I said no thanks. She said we can make that work for you.

Before I left she asked me if I wanted to do a favor for her. I hesitantly asked what it was. She told me to fill out the survey with her name and to say how great the night crew is doing. While she is giving her spiel I begin to hear a lot of angry male yelling and swearing. I just sort of say ok and drove off confused.
