Do most parents get annoyed when their child says sorry too much?

I remember my parents getting annoyed with is saying sorry so much. My mom would be like, "I don't wanna hear it! Just say 'Okay mom'. You don't need to say sorry so much." But we say sorry when we do something wrong but dad says, "You don't need to say it every damn time. Stop saying sorry."
