Were you ever bullied in your life?

Yes, for about 2 years in middle school, main reason why I beefed up and got into kickboxing at an early age, the bullying stopped pretty quickly. I won't put up with it when I see someone going through that.

I developed a quick wit, a sharp tongue, and carry a pistol.

I was...and I mean no disrespect but I didn't go to school w/a gun the next day. I learned to avoid the bad guys, I tried to use humor to de-escalate the situation (as corny as that sounds). However - this is a different age. People are bullying kids on line (cowards!)..hell, people do it here (cowards!). I say this too much but "be better than them"...especially for kids - there is life after high school! Ultimately - F 'em! And that's one to grow on!!!!

Like, by my peers in school? No. There was one time where this girl was being an asshole because I told her I ate some flowers from outside (because my family wasn't feeding me). And she was like "oh? You eat grass?" And her and her friends started trying to shove my face down on the dirt to eat grass. So I hit her and shoved grass in her mouth and rubbed her face in the dirt.

Hated myself

By my uncle from the time I was a baby until I was a teenager. He was also severely abusive. I tried to just keep away . When I was about 19 I started losing my shit and fighting back.

In elementary school an older boy on the bus would hit me the metal buckle on his backpack every day. It lasted about two weeks before my brother found out. He broke his hand on the bully’s face and I never had a problem again.

Yes, I was the smallest one in my class until 6th grade....then I had a couple of growth spurts and entered 8th grade about a foot taller than I was at the end of 6th grade (about 15 mo. difference in time).

They tried but a quick sharp punch in the face stopped them.

Knocked them down. Never had a problem with them again.

Fuck them back until they apologized.

Oh yes. From 1989 to 2001 it was pretty bad at school and worse at home.. If I couldn't lose myself in the worlds of books I don't know what would have happened.

I was isolated quite a bit. Some days I was alright with it and other days I wasn't, adolescent times were a bitch.

Several times as a child, and I was small and slight so there wasn’t much I could do. Someone went after me in middle school and I finally fought back. She had a black eye and loose front teeth when the lay teacher finally separated us. I was mostly left alone after that incident.
