How do you handle sadness?

It can be made up of several levels ranging from low to medium to high. I used to be an athlete. Low cases can be dealt with writing, singing, etc. Or you could lay on an athletic field, patch of grass, or a balcony and stare into the stars for example. For medium cases you can do things like reading, boardgames, ice skating, light roller blading for example. In high cases I would run several miles or roller blade a good 1-2 hours as examples. Each and every person are different, so the ways to deal with your sadness exist. Good luck.

When I'm sad I'll try to divert myself but if it's extreme then booze all the way
With some hardcore metal music.
