What was a silly childhood belief or theory you had as a kid?

We were all equal!! 🤦‍♀️

My father was a doctor who was often working late hours due to emergencies at the hospital.
I heard a few people say “An apple a day keeps the doctor away”....but since I wanted my father home early, I stopped eating apples for a few years.

I remember up till I became 5 I believed that dogs are as big as a muscular man and walk on two legs and I was always really curious when I hear someone talking about dogs. I saw a dog like that in a story and I was convinced that dogs do look like that.

I believed in evolution and that science explained everything. Boy was I wrong on both counts.

I believed in God,Heaven and hell and this bizarre thing called original sin.
