Do you wake up early feeling nauseous?

It happens to me and I can't go back to sleep because I feel nauseous.

Keep a few biscuits by the side of your bed.
Could be that your blood sugar is low first thing.

If you are not pregnant, and you know it, you might want to see your doctor to find out why this keeps happening. There are so many possible causes it would be good to eliminate the most common ones.

I had my blood checked and I'm fine . I ate some steak late at night and I think that's the reason: I'm not really feeling sick but it's like I feel uncomfortable. @4meAndyou
