You know you're sick when it's coming out both ends like water right?

sounds more like gastroenteritis or food poisoning. I cannot see what good Nyquil would do, its probably just a mixture of antihistamine, bronchodilator and a pain killer. nothing in this will help puking and diarrhea.

Chicken soup would be a better option.
