Why ask if I like the flowers in your hair, then delete the Q before I can comment that your ear gives you away...

as an alien shapeshifter?

I think someone should suggest that a 24 hour waiting period be applied before deleting. I have answered questions, come back later with a notification that someone responded to me and the question was gone. Never got to read the comment. It wasn't a block as I have seen them around afterwards.

@curiosi Do you think that after asking, the asker experiences cold sweats and panic attacks as to the sheer nerve of their having curiousity which is not covered in the media?...Dont answer that...

@curiosi I believe they already changed it so it first only "unlists" the post (archives) and you need second step to delete it. Preventing deletion altogether would be problematic, and people would mostly just edit the post to delete the text, then stop using SW altogether.

But honestly the times I've written a thought out response just to get the question deleted (often before posting my response), or indeed missing other people's messages to me always made me think it's more harmful when people do the deletion...

Otoh I should probably start doing the deletion when people start flirting dirty on my questions. 🤣

Good question. 🙄
