Is it rare to be a woman who likes working for a woman boss?

I must say, my boss is a woman and I like working for her, despite most women saying they don't like it.

No, I don't think so. It basically depends on whether the boss is a decent person and not on the gender. For normal people, at least.

@MushroomFaerie I think it's great that women feel empowered enough to speak the truth. If you're a bitch, someone ought to call you out on it. No free pass just for being female.

Most of my bosses have been female. All were horrible cunts. My current boss though is great. She’s a lot like me so we get along great.
