I love the confident and assertive me

but it's hard to maintain and manage. It can be a delicate balance because if I'm not careful enough I can go from reasonably confident to pridefully arrogant.

Or if I fail to care enough to stand up for myself I can revert to insecurity.

@Wtrcolour thanks 🙏 in order to keep from getting too far ahead of myself I try to practice a quiet sort of confidence. This is where I speak mostly what is needed and listen more instead.

We all do it some knowingly, aware like yourelf.
