When people have become accustomed to seeing you a certain they find it hard to accept you being any different

I'm all over the place tbh. Different people will tell you different things about me & none of it would match lol

That's very true.
Especially in a group setting.
If you behave one way at work because that's your role within that group, it can be very difficult if you're advised to be more assertive in what you want.
Some you work with will hate your assertiveness and have to readjust their [i]own[/i] behaviour just to feel comfortable again.
