We have a law called Castle Doctrine in my state where you can legally kill a home invader and face no legal action nor be sued by the perpetrator's family for their death.

Here in Oz every dingbat in the country will make excuses for the home invader.. bad childhood, drugs.. etc etc.
bet your balls he will end up a somewhat innocent victim to an overzealous home owner..
