What helped you during your morning/day sickness whilst pregnant?

We tried salt and vinegar crisps, we've tried drinking ice water before meals...
Saltine crackers, lots of water, and more patience.

If you're in the UK - Doria Doriano Italian crackers - much the same, I understand.
Even if they don't help - she'll love you for caring enough to get them for her. I suspect the grease in chips might be aggravating the nausea. @Davemcdave

@Mamapolo2016 hmm shes more a sweet than savoury person so I did doubt it... this is our first so I really wanna get things right
My mother had morning sickness all nine months with all six pregnancies - just the smell of coffee set her off ...😊 but she kept doing it.@Davemcdave
Resting. Crackers. Gingerale. Just laying down. Relaxing. Chamomile tea. It usually ends by end of first trimester.

Tomato juice. It’s the only time in my life that I’ve liked tomato juice.

Anything with ginger, like tea, cold or hot...a ginger hard candy

Ginger gum. Only thing that worked.
I had it bad. Sometimes fresh lemon juice in cold water first thing in the morning helped. I also drank hot ginger or peppermint tea with no sweetener. Best wishes to you both.

@bijouxbroussard these sound like great suggestions, shes not one for tea other than breakfast tea but I guess this may have changed. And thank you, how many lil'uns did you have?
@Davemcdave I only had the one.
