@SW-User Thanks for the BA .It's amazing how misinformed the majority of people are regarding fully electric cars as most of the newer generation ones are capable of 240 miles plus on a charge and in Europe at least the average daily commute is 30 miles or less so you could go for a week without charging. They are also much cheaper to maintain as they have fewer parts to worry about . Yes they cost more to buy initially but the running costs are way lower all bar insurance which is higher but not significantly so.
I understand missing the sound of a growling V8 or V6 but one day we will run out of a means to fuel those cars so now is the time to start embracing the future

@Jakey75 most new cars give you a range of 150 miles or close about 250kms if you charge them fully - and they come with fast chargers that get you fully charged up in 2 hours ^^

That's a step in the right direction but I want a 300-400 range and I want to be able to conveniently recharge in 15 minutes or less. We are not there yet with electric cars in my opinion.

@MasterLee electric cars have come a far way since being golf carts you know - some of them have speeds which aren't considered street legal or in the range of supercars/hypercars 😅

@SW-User do not care. I need range speed and comfort. Also want to pay a regular mechanic not some overpriced dealer when it breaks.
