Glad you are OK. I once waited for a tow truck for a long time in 105° heat in the desert and had a screaming panic attack; I was almost 70 years old and it was scary and exhausting. I begged the tow truck people to hurry...and the dispatch lady screamed at me as I sobbed and shook.
These situations really suck. They can take it all out of you.
