Same. If you're chronically sleep deprived you might want to make a schedule and stick to it to always get at least 6 hours of sleep (even if you don't, if you make a habit to wake up every day at 7 am, even if you fall asleep at 3am you're going to wake up at 7 because you're used to it and you won't feel as sleepy as before making that a habit)

Maybe it's the quality of sleep. I've heard of people having issues with sleep apnea and stuff like that. I don't know much about that myself though, unfortunately.
