Im tired of people that post "look at me , look at me" photos

[c=#4C0073]sometimes people just need that little confidence boost. After a bad day, a bad experience or a number of other things that may have got them feeling down. I see no harm in it.
As for the fakers, maybe they need confidence too lol xD[/c]

Personally, I post teasing photos sometime publicly, and it isn't to hear that people think I look good, as I wouldn't say I have any self esteem issues, but it is more because exhibitionism is exciting for me.

So many people need validation. As if the comments of complete strangers really matter to opinions on one's appearance. I think this is mostly a younger generation thing as they find this form of communication most acceptable. I also see it in women in their 30's and older. Ones who also need compliments. They post "do you think I am pretty?" or "I am ugly, aren't I?" as a way of soliciting praise. It is sad really. One should be able to look into the mirror and praise and be thankful for one's looks, one's good, kind heart, and one's life. People are so desperate and so lonely and so "thirsty" as you put it. Sign of the times. Sad sign.

I won't comment on them nor give them false flattery. I think social media causes one to be jaded about many things after a while.

Low or no self-esteem does that to a person. But most of them are fake anyway.
