I have you trusted someone on here and then they have let you down ?

More importantly, I have some I consider true friends, and extended family. We need to all remember we're all human, and no one's perfect. I know all too well I'm far from it, so I focus on those people who are true, genuinely caring friends.

Yep. Several. That's why I'm no longer fully trusting anyone and no longer giving any second chances. Some of them, I plan on making an example of in due time.

Oh yes indeed. They didn't really let me down though. I got a bad vibe from them but I only told them what I wanted them to know so they couldn't let me down. I don't trust many people.

Oh yes. They’ve no idea but I know why and intend keeping it to myself. I’ve learned the hard way but am back out the other side.

Many are on here to share and process their issues, which makes them so willing to trust, but unfortunately many on here are also narcissistic or selfish, bcuz of their own issues. Bad combination. ☹
