Which landlocked US state is the best

I prefer Arkansas. There is breathtaking beauty. Amazing people. Beautiful quartz crystals, and wild ginseng. There's even an artsy fartsy town full of all kinds of 'eccentricity' and craziness! (Eureka Springs) Arkansas is a perfect state for people who like the old craft, or music, and all manner of outdoor activities, yet sophisticated 'cosmopolitan' stuff can be found there also.

for what purpose? Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona and Utah are nice if you like the outdoors
