Both my feet are affected by athletes foot

Uncomfortable and I'm out of my foot spray.
not the most comfortable but you can soak your feet in a vinegar bath and it will kill the fungus causing the problem.
@TwiddlerofThumbs yup - this is also a good remedy 👍
Those of us that "played in the sandbox" (middle east) learned long ago that the foot powder/foot spray is damn near useless.

Listerine (or the EQUATE Wal-mart) brand of AMBER COLORED mouthwash will kill that fungus in a heartbeat. Use it everyday by just splashing it on and rubbing the fluid over and in between your toes. Problem solved...

TMI: works on jock itch too....

I'm sorry to hear that.

This might be a bit painful, but adding 2 or 3 tablespoons of bleach to a basin full of water, and then soaking your feet in it for a half hour or so, and then taking a bath with a generous amount of epsom salts (or soaking your feet in water with epsom salt), can work wonders. If you do this daily, for a few days, it should clear up pretty quickly. I hope that helps.
Are you broke and can't afford foot sprays and powders?
