If you won a contest and the prize was fully paid for unlimited traveling for one year. Where are the places you would go?

How long would you stay at each place? What would you see and do at each place?

FurryFace · 61-69, M
@iamnikki walmarts are in stupid places on the west island of montreal , hard to get too unless you have a car or catch 3 buses
iamnikki · 31-35, F
@FurryFace i see. Surely you have smaller stores nearby?

TeirdalinFirefall · 31-35, M
Germany to see the country and culture and foods, China; gotta see those fake Paris, London, etc cities in person, Japan and buy some Japan only things, Finland to see what it's like there, Sweden and maybe visit my gaming friend, UK to see what it's like, Ireland to see what it's like, Greenland to experience the epic dark cold adventures of that place, Iceland to see how contrasting it is, France to compare to China adventure and then Rome to see how it's doing.

I wouldn't want to set a time expectation in each place but I would definitely go back to Germany, Italy, Brazil, Hawaii, Denver, Virginia, Oregon, and Texas.
@Fungirlmmm if you came to Denver I would be like

Fungirlmmm · 51-55, F
@HeavenBesideYou I lived Italy. I have been there multiple times and I see new things every time. I want to take you to the Vatican.
Fungirlmmm · 51-55, F
@PrivateHell Giggles. I used to travel to TX and CO every month for work. It could happen.
4meAndyou · F
I like a month in each place. I know that I am a stinky traveler. I would need at least two days to stay in the hotel and sleep after my arrival.

I would like to go back to Rome. I could probably spend two months there, just looking at the art.

I'd like to see Grand Teton National Park, and I'd like to rent a cabin and just take photos for a week.

I'd like to go to Chiang Mai for a month. I used to know someone from Thailand, and he told me that Chiang Mai has cooler weather than the rest of Thailand, and beautiful palaces.

And then I would like to go to Hong Kong and just shop till I drop. 😂 That might take me a month, too. 😂

I would want at least a few months to plan. I would go to Europe for sure, as well as Australia and New Zealand. As far as which specific locations, I would have to do research. I would also travel here in the United States and Canada. I would definitely go to Alaska and Hawaii as well.

Hopefully the prize includes a small trailer for myself and the dogs to live in.. If so I would take a year to travel and explore the United States. I would have a plan, take a map, but not decide beforehand how long I would stay in any one location. The route would be created by talking to people, reading books, and watching the world. I would definitely take my time.

Can you imagine a year of that? Just a free year of time.

🎈
So nice.
USA. Vietnam. London once more.
Tasmania.

That will do me
iamnikki · 31-35, F
