Why do women have an attitude most of the time?

What is it that makes them so moody. You can say something nice and they’ll still have an attitude?

I find women AND men alike to be moody- I know many men that seem to have an attitude, cocky etc, and some women as well who seem bitchy.... is there anyone I wonder who id KIND????? :/
