Would you rather know when you will die or how you will die?

When would be convenient for planning purposes, but knowing how could be relaxing if it's like peacefully in your sleep.

Either way, I'd rather not know because it's going to cause a lot of stress and anxiety knowing anything.

How, because if I knew how, then I could take extreme measures to delay the inevitable for a long-ass time.
