Tough call! For their long hair days it's Master of Puppets. For the 90s I think I was probably Load. I can't speak for the modern stuff since I haven't heard a thing since Death Magnetic, and I didn't care for that album.

Black Album, S & M, Kill 'Em All, Reload. This 3 albums are my favorite.

Hardwired.. to Self Destruct is pretty good too.
