Should somebody get a ticket for spitting in public?

Not only this - but if people got ticketed more for other obscenities performed in public, we'd be able to pay those construction bills.

Not quite in the same category, but something I'd like to see tickets issued for, is these fools who go to a pro sports event with a baby only a few months old,dance with him or her in the aisle, and risk getting hit with a baseball or hockey puck. We've already had two or three of these in the baseball season just past. Or they come with a sign that they wave above the baby's head, which proclaims, "This is my first (sport here) game." Kids that age get nothing out of being to a sports stadium where people are roaring their approval/disapproval.

And while we're on the subject, these guys who lean out into the field of play to latch on to a souvenir should get a ticket, too - and fined heavily. Some of these nuts have babies with them, too.If you can't find a sitter, folks, then STAY HOME.

Use a tissue.
