Not everyone...there is one person I would never give another chance to.

I have done that many times.

I have been. Mostly I just forget to hold a grudge and when they return they slip right back in.
But I don't want to do this anymore. Not with most.

Some people do deserve a second chance...but I won't give everyone a second chance (it would depend on what it is they did or didn't do).

They got three strikes. Unless it was strike out and I catched it (the worst thing they did to me ever, I catched them in red handed), I will never forgive them.

In past relationships, no. Surely you got to know each other well enough to know it wasn't gonna work. I wouldn't have left someone I want to be with.
