Im very very sick

I have a very high fever. I dont even remember last night. I wrote how I wanted to end my life last night... I dont even remember writing that... I havent stopped dry heaving all morning. I'm sweating... hot and cold flashes... I tried to drink water... but I cant hold it down. I puke the water out that it's coming out my nose... ugh.
