How can a beautiful woman be so insecure?

I don't know. She didn't need to do anything, she was so beautiful. She still is but it's not the same type of beauty

True, I'm not against plastic surgery but when it comes to her it wasn't needed at all. In fact, it made her worse. I guess she was pressured by the industry and all the models and beautiful looking people around her. It messed her up 😳

Body dysmorphia at any level is nothing to do with how beautiful one is, it's how they want to look so badly they take drastic steps.
