@frogpond I still daydream about wandering around on Sauvie's Island, picking blackberries, fishing, camping out by the Clackamas River, and buying a lot of stuff at the Caitlin Gabel sale. I cried when I had to leave Oregon. During the 70s, I used to work at a cannery there, the Northwest Packing Company, still my best job ever. I am a PSU graduate and have forgiven them for telling me I could make a good living with an English major.
