Whenever I gain anything, I gain muscles. At a point I was close to my genetic potential. Now, when I gain I just gain a pound of muscles in a couple of months.

Not a lot really...a few pounds at most. I enjoy more during the holidays but I don't over do it. I can be a healthy eater but my days of over eating are far behind me.

maybe 5 but i always end up losing it during the rest of the year so it's ok
None i dont think. Holidays arent a big deal in my family
