I eat less than my recommended daily calorie intake, which is about 1800.
I eat one meal a day and the rest of the time I just nibble on things like cucumbers, baby carrots, celery, sugar snap peas, and tomatoes.

Still fat tho. 🤷‍♀️
Yes my stomach is usually flat when it's empty but when I'm full it stretches like 4 xs it's normal size
