Do you sometimes feel that you are the wisest one and everyone around you lacks not only intellectual capacity but a common sense too?

I have never questioned anyone's intellectual capacity (everyone knows more or less than someone else and that includes me too)...I have noticed and questioned many people's use of common sense though quite often. All of the knowledge in the world is useless if you don't have and use the common sense to put it to good use.
