As a whole species, do you think humans are naturally good hearted, or cruel?

some really have a good nature

Just unpredictable. People do different things under different situations.

I know that humanity is supposed to evolve with love, unity and compassion, but there were and even today parasites in power that have evolved us to divide and conquer, not only that but we have lost touch with our mind, body and spirit, and soon lose touch with our heart and some are there already.

This is only the case because we stopped killing off the cruel.

A child that tortures animals becomes an adult that tortures other humans.
Wiping them out is not cruelty, but an act of self preservation for the species.

There is a whole mixture of humans and high % are wicked and cruel.It is called Human Nature.

Tough one. First, all people are different so you get BOTH extremes. But in general I'd say people tend to be nice when it doesn't badly inconvenience them. Most people have natural empathy to some extent, but it is usually tempered by self-interest, particularly by any possible negative consequences.

Cruel.

I think each of us has a little of both inside.

We are only nice untill the water or food runs out😊
