Life is often good. Just found out that

the two terrors that live next door and harass me and my cats are moving out.
No more banging on the window to try and awaken the sleeping cats, no more peering through my front screen door and most of all no more top volume games outside my door! Pop the champers.

@Fernie Yup. But no more!! I just hope the new tenants don't have unruly kids. Don't get me wrong, I love kids but not when they're disrespectful and abusive.
