If there was an alien invasion, what would you do to stop them from eating your face?

I've been dying for a chance to use this.

Cook them some southern food

I'd ask them how they managed to become an interstellar civilisation if their prior one is to invade primitive alien worlds just to eat their faces.

It would be fascinating to watch them experiment on you humans.
They would be just as magically inept but at least a little bit different.

Show them my cooking skills

Befriend them of course.
