Depends. In general I would say cheap beer since there may be methanol in it. Expired stuff could have mold and bacteria but if the sugar content is high enough it is difficult to happen.
Neither, I'd say. Theoretically, I'd dare not drink an expired, opened soda, since it has sugar and stuff, and bacteria love them so they release poisons around them.
