Probably would have gotten more time if the case was brought earlier. Now he is 81 and in poorer health. The cost of jailing him would be greater than in his 50s. Dont get me wrong he should be doing consecilutive terms like this guy in my area.
It 8s so stupid. He is rich and famous and could have had tons of willing partners.

His lawyers will tie things up I am sure for longer than that so likely he won't even go in, if he does he will spend a max of 1.3 years very likely in a country club style jail.

technically, his sentence is low because its only based on one case. TThe statute of limitations ran out on the other women, so they couldn't do a criminal trial
