Just venting

It’s been two years that I quit smoking cigarettes but now I picked up the habit of e-cigarettes with no nicotine but I feel like I’m being a hypocrite to my self does anyone knows what I mean?

Yes. I understand. I’ve heard it said, those are so harmful to the lungs. I hope for your sake, you’ll stop using them. Try taking up reading or painting. Something where you’ll feel accomplishment. Even if you don't publish it, write your life story, or poems. Being useful to others, helping them, brings such great satisfaction.
