Potentially - it only needs one or two more countries to consider leaving and the house of cards will fall..
However, I think everyone is watching the UK and seeing how and if they can develop trade deals that will make their economy buoyant.. It's not looking too hot right now..

@plungesponge depends if alternatives are allowed to flourish. The EU is a bastion of neoliberal orthodoxy and people are becoming aware of it.....but I doubt it will come tumbling down anytime soon. We have been hearing about countries leaving (frexit, grexit) but hasn't come anywhere near.......also it seems in mainland europe, politicians promoting leaving are turning potential voters away. Islamophobia is the way to go to at the moment......see the rise in the far right
