No. I prefer destinations where they speak english. Went to the dominican once, Jamaica was way better.

I haven't but it's not high on my list because I've been to similar islands before. Forget Cuba, go to PR! San Juan is jus as nice (even nicer?) than Havanna and we should do all we can to support that country after Hurricane Maria. 3000 people died from that storm, no matter what my baboon president believes.
