I loved the service ,my little boat ,saving lives and property ,once in a while busting bad guys
Working on Locomotives ,that was a job I took for granted but I was young and dumb I thought it was my skills they paid me so well for
I was just a wrench turner ,they will fire the lead man if he gets to cocky
I guess I was the example ,
I Built heavy equipment for a while, repair and service ,overhaul
I was a hot shot mechanic ,,,I was also good with marine applications so a plus

I can run any old school machine ,CIC was not in play yet ,you needed skills when I did it .but you name it ,Ive worked on it

But my passion was building homes ,throw up some 2x4 on some 2 x 12" and beams and soon you have a mansion .
I liked restoration of mansions best ,,I can actually do plaster
I do drywall ,Durock (5/8 wonder board ,taped bedded and skimmed like sheet rock and then any texture you want on it ,any kind of texture on ceilings and walls
Painting ,wall paper ,molding and trim ,Custom interior shutters
Plumbing ,electrical ,roofing ,gutters ,water proofing foundations for say a finished basement fabrication ,,wood and steal ,total restoration or remodel
erect steal buildings ,Managed a few pawn shops and car lots for friends that needed a tax write off ,,but I actually made them money .

I build cabinetry ,Hard wood ,press board ,Nova board ,Birch ,Veneer ,all types of laminate , counter tops ,beveled edge not resin based (but I know how to build those too .

I even built boats for the navy
25 foot motor surf boat ,,32 footer ,,and a 65 and 85 foot ,5 engine beast
I deliver yachts and vehicles for the rich and famous ,and any other job they can create to keep me around LOL

And I was a musician back in the 80 ,gospel in the 90's
Singer ,Song writer ,recording artist ,,,now "world famous Has Been "
But I retain the title of Super Dad ,I plan on keeping that one a while

I have done anything my heart desired ,,,I left out commercial fisherman
My first job was washing ,packing and stacking fish ,age 13 ,,"A fair Days Pay for a Fair Days work " you pull you load here Grandpa said ,,no favoritism
You can take it to the bank ,,I earned every dime of my pay .

The day started at sun up with Grandpa ,,if the sun beat you to work ,he sent you home ,the fishermen fished all night ,,someone had to meet them when they came in
that person was me ,,, ice already chipped ,vats ready to wash and weigh fish .

160 lbs a box ,,,30 lbs of Ice ,,100 lbs of fish ,30 lbs of ice for a cap
Then a 13 yr old boy stacked them 4 sometimes 5 high
25 rows deep ,,25 rows wide ,,,I dressed fish ,,worked whole sale retail sales
Fish ,shrimp ,crab ,scollop's , clams ,oyster ,sting ray and shark
If it was in the river or ocean I could clean it ,tell you how to prepare it

I ocean fished for Pompano ,Kings ,mullet ,but we were there for Pompano

In the river I fished for flounder ,bass ,trout ,snapper ,reds ,Whiting ,sheep head ,
drum ,spots ,Snook (for myself )and Mullet ,,especially roe Mullet season

I also worked my grandpas orange groves ,,picking fruit ,hoeing around trees
fertilizer and watering ,,this was all done back then by hand ,not a tractor
or any fancy irrigation systems ,,a hand pump and buckets
we did use a tractor at harvest time to get the fruit to the trucks to go to the citrus growers association's packing houses
Navels ,Temples ,Tangerines were for shipping ,,Valencia ,and Pineapple and
June blooms for juice

And I worked the huge garden ,,Grandma canned ,I worked the stock in the canning room and a Florida version of a "Root Cellar "

So I have done a little of everything ,one call does it all LOL
I have lived a good and full life ,,Lots of scars and stories to prove it
