Are these "influencers"?

My soon-to-be 4-year-old has been watching these amateur videos of adults demonstrating children's merchandise (Paw Patrol, My Little Pony and now Bubble Guppies) for well over a year now. I wasn't sure what to think of them, because our little one didn't ask us for any of this stuff. But just last week it seems she finally twigged and busted open with the "can I get..? Can I get..? Can I get..?"
So are they shills for the manufacturers or hoping to be? Or are they just adults who love making videos for kids and playing with kid's toys?
