@HuckleberryFriend I use this whenever I'm sad and it can vary from a day to months (of course I still talk to people and do all the responsibilities, but I tend to avoid small talk in those times and focus on feeling better and remembering good things) I hope you'll feel better soon ❤

Withdraw myself and take my time to heal, reflect, forgive, and come out even stronger. The absence of compassion thus not having the opportunity to seek refuge makes evil things hurt actually far more.
