Why do some people care so much about profile views?

Well I care about views on Deviantart and YouTube but not here

I think it's a variant of the Youtube channels where unknown nameless people take a spoonful of ice cream and say, That's pretty good, like that[b] means[/b] anything.

People have a need to be SEEN.

They read too much into it.

I don't even look.

i dunno. i keep mine hidden and never refer to it, so i don’t know what it is, nor do i look at anyone else’s.
