What do you do when you have a phone call that says "scam likely" do you answer or hang up?

I don't answer any number I don't recognize. If its an emergency they'll keep calling back. If it's important they'll leave a voicemail.

I don't answer and listen when they leave a voicemail. I'm still waiting for the local cops to come and haul me away for the charges pressed against my name.

I usually ignore calls from unknown sources,and let it go to voicemail.
If I answer it, I will toy with them if it is a scam.

Everything else is regulated, why not regulate for scam, Fake number or robo calls..its a pain in the butt
