“Each of us assumes everyone else knows what HE is doing. They all assume we know what WE are doing. We don't...Nothing is going on and nobody knows

what it is. Nobody is concealing anything except the fact that he does not understand anything anymore and wishes he could go home.” Thoughts?

Agree. Our thoughts and feelings are highly perception based and we aren't really good at communicating them well enough. We rely on assumptions that people live by a certain conduct and therefore are subject to the same shoulds and should nots.
No wonder people are almost always at each others throats.

@ThatEternalFascist a common language you say. I do agree of the limitations but how do we remove them?
And I still think the problem is the way we are, subjective perspective with ego and other complexities.

Haha brainwashed to not have any free thought. 🙈

Broadly accurate. Obviously someone who has spent an entire lifetime studying a single task will be an expert at something, but when it comes to more 'soft skill' or abstract work, people are almost always clueless. Particularly leaders. Nothing like power to turn someone into a blithering idiot.

There is the problem! "Assuming" anything is not knowing a single thing. Anyways.. I do not care to know what everyone is doing. If I did, I am spending too much time not paying attention to what the heck I am doing. Home is a state of mind.
