If a baby is white but a quarter mexican does that make them hispanic or white?

They're Hispanic only if Spanish is their "mother tongue." It's all senseless classification, anyway.

@SW-User I don’t think so. Biracial usually is used when the child is 50-50. This child will not be 50-50. One of the child’s parents is not 100%
