Do you apply foundation with a brush, finger, sponge or palm of your hands.

I don't like foundation, it feels too heavy but When I wear it, I use NATIO natural radiance.

I blob some into the palm of my hands, rub it together and apply like I am washing my face. It's so easy and blends perfectly.

I use a brush with a flat top. I put a dime size amount of foundation onto the back of my hand, dab the brush in it, and only use it on the areas where I need it. Lightly pat the brush onto your face until the foundation is blended in, don’t rub the brush all over like you’re painting. The finishing look feels very light and natural.

Do use a specific type of foundation sponge.

@Random1Thoughts I do, but I can't remember the name of it, because April was the last time I've worn makeup. It feels too masky for me, so I only do it for pictures.
