For my hair. I use Apple Cider Vinegar in my hair first to conditioner. Then I add Sea Salt in my Shampoo. My hair feels amazing. 💜

Do you use the vinegar before or after you shampoo? It’s very acidic and if you use it after with a cold water rinse it really closes the cuticle down and makes it extra shiny.. but you probably know that already 👍

I use diluted lemon. Juice.

I use a ACV rinse as well. I heard mixing baking soda in your shampoo does wonders too. I’m going to try that.

I take 4 table spoons of apple cider vinegar a day for my gout and it works a treat ☺ I dont have to take tablets
